Now based in Florida, Ilbania is the Broker and Founder of Faith International Real Estate, where she leads a dedicated and growing team. Her vision extends beyond state lines, with plans to expand the brand into new markets across the U.S.
Ilbania’s journey began with a degree in Business Administration and an early career as a licensed Mortgage Broker. Her desire to offer a more complete service experience led her to become a licensed real estate professional in 2004 — a decision that shaped her into the dynamic broker and mentor she is today.
